Minimum starting package: 2 full teepee set ups (pricing is the same for day party rental and sleep over rental. All the same work, clean up and care of the product go into the rental no matter how long you use the set up) The max time you have with your rental is up to 12 hours. However we typically set up for 5:00p.m and pick up 12:00 p.m the next day. Set up and pick up are all based on availability. any time after 12 hrs that the set up is needed there will be an additional fee.

Event Designs Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC - USER AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Client, by placing an order via online, email or phone, agrees that they accept the conditions of the rental agreement. Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC. will retain a booking form and signed terms and conditions agreement, which the Client will then be supplied an invoice as confirmation of their booking.
DEPOSIT AND BOOKING: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking in order to reserve your party date and theme, payable through Square. The deposit will go towards the total rental cost of your party. If not received within 48 hours of your booking, your date and theme will be released. The remaining rental balance will be due 48 hours prior to delivery, in addition to a completely refundable $100 damage deposit. Final payments not received by this time will result in the cancellation of your party with no exception.
The damage deposit will be held to cover any potential damage or additional cleaning. It will be returned in part/full dependent on a check of all equipment.
Minimum party booking cost is $225 + 8.875% sales tax.
We must receive confirmation of the final number for your sleepover party and add-on choices no later than 14 days prior to the date of the party. If the Client chooses to downgrade the party after this time, the original booking price will still apply with no refund.
All bookings are for a one overnight hire period.
All prices are subject to change, however prices quoted at the time of booking will always be honored.
The costs of add-on items are non-refundable.
Custom theme party cost must be paid upfront and is non-refundable. Custom themes are required to be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to the scheduled party date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited. The costs of add-on items are non-refundable.
Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC. reserves the right to cancel your party booking at any time, for any reason. We will always try to give as much notice as possible. Upon any such cancellation we will refund the Client any monies paid in respect of the party booking, within 30 days, should any refund be due. Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC will not be liable to pay any compensation to the Client or any other person for any loss, damage or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from the cancellation. Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC.
FINAL PAYMENT: All outstanding balances are due 48 hours prior to delivery, payable by Square. The remaining balance is based on the agreed upon number of guests and any additional items.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We prefer payments to be made through Square.
INSURANCE: Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC is not liable for any accidents that occur during said rental period. The Client accepts all liability when renting from Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC. The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value. THERE IS NO JUMPING ON THE MATTRESSES.
LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES: We strictly provide entertainment. Please be aware that children need to be supervised. Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss, or damage to the property however caused. Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC has the final decision in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions.
DELIVERY AND SET UP: Delivery, assembly*, collection and general laundering are included in the hire cost unless stated otherwise. We do not move furniture. additional delivery cost for outside of Staten Island Ny.
*Not applicable with DIY set up packages. Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC will not be assembling or styling DIY parties.
Prices include delivery to Staten Island Ny. A $100 delivery charge will be added to parties located outside of Staten Island Ny. An additional travel charge will be added to deliveries outside of these areas.
Delivery times will be between 10 AM and 5 PM on the date of the party. A 2 hour window for arrival will be given the day of delivery. DIY deliveries are more flexible and will be set at an agreed upon time. The Client is responsible for being present to accept delivery of the equipment. The Client is responsible for any loss or damage incurred if He/She arranges equipment to be delivered without being present or without an authorized agent present i.e. The Client is responsible for losses or damage resulting from equipment being delivered to an unattended premises or location as requested by the Client.
COLLECTION: We will arrive the day after the party, at a previously agreed up time, to collect items.
*Saturday collections will typically be between 10 AM-noon.
*Sunday collections will begin after 11:30 AM
A quick inspection of all items will be completed at the time of pick-up to confirm there are no obvious damages or issues. A thorough inspection will be completed during the week after your party to inspect for any damages that may have been missed in the initial inspection. At this time the damage deposit will either be returned or used to replace any damaged items.
DAMAGES: General cleaning of all items are included in the hire price.
The Client will be responsible for the cost of replacing any Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC equipment damaged due to mistreatment while at the Client’s premises. This includes breakages of teepees frames/lights/breakfast trays, tears/holes in the teepee fabric/pillows/linens/plushes/air mattresses, or extra cleaning needed due to stains.
If any item is damaged or stained, charges will be deducted from the damage deposit in order to replace the item including staff time. If the cost of damages exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, an invoice will be sent to the Client and must be paid by the Client within 24 hours.
Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC items exposed to cigarette smoke will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee.
It is the responsibility of the Client to take duty of care and always supervise children with the hire equipment. Diligence must be taken with younger children on the Client’s premises as Gina Marie Cake & Co. LLC.’s hire equipment is not recommended for children under the age of 5.
The Client agrees to pay the following amounts per damaged item, should an item be damaged while on their premises:

Broken or damaged teepee cover/fabric, $35-$60 per teepee, depending on which fabric needs to be replaced.
Broken, damaged or tangled fairy/twinkle lights, $15 per set
Broken, damaged or tangled bunting, $15 per length used
Broken, damaged breakfast tray, $30 per tray
Nail polish and/or irrevocable stains on any item of bed linen, $10-$65 per item, depending on item type
Damage to, or missing, mattress, $45 per mattress
Damage to, or missing, pillows or plushes, $20 per pillow/plush
Damage to, or missing, lamp, $15-30 per lamp
Cost of missing or damaged additional items will be discussed at pickup.
