Photo Bus
$850*
Digital photos, up to 4 hours, ONE attendant, Each additional hour is $175* This package is a non print package, photos are sent via text and or email for your guests to be able to load to social media. You will receive an email of every photo taken the following day. The bus has decorations to match your events theme. Photo props for your guests and a custom chalkboard sign will be provided. Ruby the Hot Cocoa Bus
Set up for up to 50 guests $850*
($30 each additional 10 people) 2 hours at either the beginning or end of your event. ONE attendant Hot Cocoa, Marshmallows, cups, lids and custom hot sleeves that will match your event. Cocoa Bar light up sign, tree, gifts, and lantern set up. Hot cocoa stand where the hot cocoa is served from.
Good Night package with Ruby
Set up for up to 50 people $950*
($70 each additional 10 people) TWO attendants 2 hours at the end of your event Mini Bagels, muffins, Danish, cream cheese, butter, coffee (regular, decaf), tea (regular, decaf), milk, creamer, sugar, sweet and low, equal, cups, lids, custom hot sleeves and bags to match your event. Custom chalk board. set up as an outdoor café.

Ruby's Flower Truck
for up to 50 guests $975*
($120 each additional 10 people) 2 attendants, 4 hours, Custom chalkboard sign, Custom made flower bouquet favors. Each guest gets to pick their own flowers to put in a custom bouquet arranged on site by one of our flower specialists. Custom stickers for your event for each bouquet, wrapped in brown paper & your choice of color tissue paper. Select seasonal flowers for this package. Please inquire about flower upgrades, mason jar vase upgrade & seasonal options.
Candy Truck
Set up for up to 50 people $875*
($100 each additional 10 people) 2 attendants, 2 hours at the end of your event. Customized treat bags to match your event. Customized chalk board sign, cotton candy, popcorn, jelly apples, chips and assorted boxed, wrapped and buffet style candy set up. Waters, sodas and juices. Ruby is designed to feel like a nostalgic candy shop brought right to your event. The entire back of this candy apple red truck is filled with candy. It is sure to leave a sweet impression on your guests.
